•  Booth Fee:     $600

•  Booth includes:

  •   8’ high back drape, 3’ foot side drapes,
  •   6’skirted table,
  •   two chairs,
  •   7” x 44” identification sign
  •   Two meal packages (includes 2 continental breakfasts and 2 lunches per day)
  •   Booth spaces are 8’ deep and 10’ wide.
  •   Additional Meal packages (includes 2 continental breakfasts a 2 lunches -- 2 days) will be $50 each.

•  Electrical service is not included in the booth fee.

•  Symposium Location: DoubleTree Hotel, Jantzen Beach, 909 N Hayden Island Dr, Portland, OR 97217. The Symposium is located in the DoubleTree Ballrooms.

• Sponsor and Vendor Welcoming Reception for attendees on Monday night, Sept. 27th in Maxi's bar in the hotel. We will have a private party section of the bar from 5:00-7:00 p.m. 

•  Exhibit Hours: Tuesday, September 28 7:30am to 7:00 pm (includes breakfast and evening reception in exhibit hall) and Wednesday, September 29, 7:30 am to Noon.

•  Move-In: Monday, September 27, 2:00-6:00 pm. You may pick up your badges and packet in the lobby of the Ballrooms.

•  Move-out: Wednesday, September 29, Noon.

•  Cancellation: Booth Cancellations, if received in writing, will be accepted until August 28, 2004, with a refund minus a 30 percent handling fee.  No refunds will be granted after August 28, 2004.  Name substitutions will be accepted at any time.

•  Hotel Accommodations: A block of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree, Jantzen Beach. Call 503-283-4466 and ask for the “ BPA Symposium ” rate of $91. The block code is BPW.

•  Parking: There are hundreds of free parking spaces at the hotel for registered guests.

•  Phone Lines: There are phone lines available.  See form to the left.

All breaks and opening comments each morning will take place in the Exhibit area. It will be the meeting place during the symposium with message board and breaks available.
